Very nice views of the valley and well-designed outdoor tables. The location offered a perfect escape from the crowds, awesome for tranquility amidst beautiful scenery.

It's a bit of a trek from the main area, requiring about a ten-minute drive or a longer hike, which might not suit all guests. There were occasional power cuts, definitely a consideration for those not familiar with remote stays, but the hot water and cozy fire remained reliable.

The location was stunning and magnificent, right by a quiet area away from the noise of cars and traffic and the town centre, in a beautiful area. The food was fab - a wide array of options. Stayed here before and I would happily go back again...

Had an absolutely amazing stay of our holiday. We booked an a double room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The workers were exceptionally friendly and amicable. It had a beautiful location right by '' central '' Theth and a beautiful area close to the centre of the village and more nature.

Staying at Molla Guest House was a genuine delight. The hospitality from the Molla family shone through from our warm welcome to our heartfelt goodbye. Rafael and the family provided extraordinary assistance with hiking suggestions and local tips. We loved the cozy and spacious Double Room with a amazing mountain view. Meals were a highlight, with delicious homemade dishes like roasted beef and lentil burek. Breakfast included great coffee, setting a positive tone for our days. Relaxing outside on the patio with fine valley views was a perfect way to unwind after a long hike. The only minor inconvenience was the limited availability of laundry facilities, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful experience. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful guesthouse, fine views, with easy access to hiking trails including the Blue Eye and Grunas Waterfall, along with a cozy sitting area by the fireplace to unwind after a long day outdoors.

Everything was as perfect as can be.

The heating situation in the room was unbearable. There was no fan or air conditioning, and it quickly became stuffy at night. Breakfast started too late at 8 AM, frustrating for early hikers like us.

The driveway leading to the guest house is a bit steep, which might be challenging for families with very small kids.

Only thing I wished for was a few more shaded spots to relax in during the afternoon sun. 😊

The Double Room with Balcony was so comfortable! The bed reminded me of sleeping on a cloud. It was clean and cozy. Waking up to that mountain view was just unreal. The hosts were super nice and even shared some local tips. Honestly, the quiet vibes made it hard to leave!
